He has had a broad based training in dentistry. Having qualified from Bangalore University in India he obtained Masters in Dentistry from the University of Kerala in India with a focus on Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics.

He has since undergone extensive training in Oral Surgery working closely as a team with Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow followed by Fellowship from The Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.

He has attended several training courses conducted by accredited national and international acclaimed dentists and is himself involved actively in training general dental practitioners and specialists in oral surgery. He has a number of presentations and publications to his credit.

The Oral Surgery clinic run by him has provided treatment safely and effectively at a community level and has done so since 2006. He is able to provide wide ranging procedures not only in oral surgery but also implantology where Mr. Bharadwaj places and restores the implants himself. He has special interest in bone regeneration.

He works as an Associate Specialist in Oral Surgery in Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline.
